A good place place to stay.

The young lady who checked us in was excellent. She was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Kitchen was good. Location was okay with supermarkets close by and metro not too far away.

No toaster, but it doesn't seem to be a European thing to have!

Wonderful

Not the most central location but in less than 10 minutes you can be at either of 2 major metro (subway) stations, or one of several bus stops. Several cafes, shops & supermarkets nearby if needed. Area seemed very safe & lively as well. Room was very clean & had all the necessities. Very lovely and helpful staff working at reception as well. If you're not bothered by being a little out of the way, but only 20-30 mins from the centre of Lisbon, this is an ideal place to stay.

Would stay again!

Good location - very near Campo Pequeno and a few metro stops (green and yellow lines), very clean, staff were very approachable and helpful, good facilities (crockery&cutlery, hairdryer in the room, gym and working space in the building also)

More toiletries could have been provided (as someone who generally doesn't bring their own on trips), hairdryer was broken on arrival but a new one was provided.

Wonderful

Roomy, comfortable apartment, with large kitchen, washing machine and dryer in the building at no extra charge. Good transportation within 400-500 meters Housecleaning every other day, generous with supplies Friendly, helpful staff***

1) the closet is in the bathroom. 2) *** We arrived after 11am and the receiption was closed. Another couple waiting inside, in the entrance. They let us in. One of the guests had let them in. Otherwise, they and we would have to wait on the street with all our luggage. We tried calling and left messages on the phone, email, and whatsapp, but to no avail. Roberto finally arrived at around 1pm and helped us all to store our luggage and sent us to discover the area until check-in at 3pm. He had no idea we had been waiting because it seems all communication is only on the premises. If no staff is in the building, you can not talk to anyone. In their ad, they state that reception is from 11am to 7am. That was not the case, and besides, there should be a way to communicate with someone at all hours. Roberto and Wemily were very friendly and helpful with anything we need and apologized for not being there upon our arrival. But when you're in a new city, tired and the weather is lousy, it can be very frustrating to be caught in such a situation. Who is the owner of this business? Who is repsonsible? Cannot find any information about the ownership of these apartments.

Nice place to stay in Lisbon

The studio is very luminous, clean, functional and specious. There is a full equipment kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a small frizzer...) and dishes. They provide some sugar and coffee for the Nespresso machine and 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, sponge, dishcloth, dish towel and 1 washing machine table. The bed is comfortable. The living room area is confortable with a smart TV. The bathroom is big and with a lot of space to store your personal belongings and a safe. There is as well a desk area. Located nearby the metro station: CAMPO PEQUENO very easy to access around 5min walk from the accommodation and near the station there is a supermarket and restaurants/cafés. We needed a cleaning during the stay and the staff has proceeded to our request which was much appreciate. We had a very nice 4 days stay, we recommande this accommodation for a stay in Lisbon. TIPS: maybe put in the accommodation a metro line map, tourisme map, bottle of water, some salt & pepper and oil or olive oil. To clean maybe a brush and dustpan.
